Apply to Paid Media Specialist (Part-Time)

UTTR is looking for a part-time Paid Media Specialist to help execute, monitor, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience running paid campaigns who wants to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced marketers, RevOps specialists, and designers. You'll contribute to campaigns that drive real business results for B2B SaaS clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations.
• Assist with campaign launches, budget management, and audience targeting.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.

Performance & Optimisation

• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Support A/B testing across audiences, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Track key performance metrics and help improve campaign efficiency.
• Assist with reporting on campaign performance and business outcomes.

Analytics & Reporting

• Work with HubSpot, CRM platforms, GA4, and advertising platforms to analyse campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
• Help identify trends and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, RevOps specialists, and campaign managers to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
• Participate in client meetings when needed.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and digital advertising best practices.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Experience with at least one major advertising platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or Microsoft Ads).
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Advanced English (C1).

Nice to Have

• Google Ads or Meta certifications.
• Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with attribution tools or B2B marketing technology.
• Experience working with SaaS companies.

Working Hours

This is a part-time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week).

We're fully remote, and you can work from anywhere. However, you'll need to have consistent overlap with EST, CST, MST, or PST business hours for team collaboration and occasional client meetings.
