Finance Lead

As the finance lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business - using numbers to assess our financial standing, finding new strategies and opportunities to increase our financial health and keeping our day to day finance needs running.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on financial decisions, offering clarity on budget allocations, cost management, and resource planning.
- Oversee the financial forecasting process, working alongside senior leadership to develop accurate forecasts and set realistic financial goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for services offered, ensuring pricing models are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with client expectations.
- Manage the creation and oversight of annual budgets, ensuring consistency with business goals and a thorough understanding of cash flow needs.
- Supervise the monthly preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss reports, ensuring accuracy, and presenting actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, ensuring that discrepancies are promptly addressed and all financial records are up-to-date.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, adhering to regulatory requirements and supporting employee satisfaction.
- Supervise the invoicing process to ensure that all client billing is accurate, timely, and compliant with contract terms, driving improved collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards on an accrual and cash basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
