Campaign Manager

UTTR is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to support the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are launched on time, within scope, and optimised for success. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing operations and play a key role in supporting campaign execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Assist in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance and help track key metrics, identifying any issues that arise during execution. You’ll work with the team to ensure campaigns are optimised in real-time for maximum effectiveness.
  • Data Management: Support data entry, management, and reporting for various campaigns. You’ll assist in gathering and analysing campaign data to help improve performance and inform future strategies.
  • Campaign Optimization: Help implement A/B testing, monitor results, and contribute to optimising campaigns based on performance data and insights.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, revops and client teams to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and according to specifications. You’ll ensure all campaign assets are correctly implemented across channels.
  • Project Tracking: Assist in maintaining campaign schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll be responsible for keeping all stakeholders updated on project timelines.
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience or Education in Marketing: A background in marketing, communications, or a related field. Some experience in campaign management or digital marketing (internships, coursework, or previous roles) is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: You’re highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools).
  • Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and understand the importance of keeping everyone aligned.
  • Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, and understanding campaign performance. You’re eager to learn how to use data to improve future campaigns.
  • Proactive & Eager to Learn: You’re a self-starter who’s ready to take on new tasks and learn on the job. You’re enthusiastic about growing your skills and contributing to the success of marketing campaigns.
